School Fees
School fees must be paid by bank transfer to the school’s account number BE10 7320 5693 4304, using the structured communication provided on the monthly invoice, or in cash at the school office.

Important: Do not hand over envelopes with money to intermediaries.

Hot Lunch:

• €3.50/day (kindergarten)

• €4/day (primary)

Daycare Services

• Morning: Free

• Midday (lunch with sandwiches): €22 per month

• Afternoon: From 3:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €3/day

• Wednesdays (12:00 to 5:00 p.m.): €5 per Wednesday (extracurricular activities included)

Mandatory Residential Trips (every other year):

• P1–P2: approx. €160 (3 days)

• P3: approx. €190 (5 days)

• P4: approx. €215 (5 days)

• P6: approx. €235 (5 days)

These residential trips are part of the educational project and are mandatory.

Class Outings Based on Projects:

• Max €49 per year

Swimming Fees for Primary Students (from Year 3):

• €5 per session

Daycare Times & Fees:

• 7:15 to 8:20 a.m.: Free

• 3:05 to 3:45 p.m.: Free

• 3:45 to 6:00 p.m. (daycare): €3/day

• 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. (supervised study): €3

• 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. (guided study): €4/day

Daycare and study fees are to be paid at the end of the month (after attendance is recorded).

DOORS CLOSE AT 5:45 P.M.
After this time, an additional daycare fee of €5 per 15 minutes will be charged.

Wednesday Afternoon Daycare:
From 1:30 to 5:00 p.m.: €5 per Wednesday
(If your children are enrolled in extracurricular activities on Wednesday, this daycare is free.)

On Wednesdays, the school closes at 5:00 p.m.!
After this time, an additional daycare fee of €5 per 15 minutes will be charged.
